The current scenario between the two sisters in the company can be a cause of sibling rivalry that can outgrow generations. The conflict is mainly between the two sisters. The eldest one belongs to a creative profession and has little know how about the actual business itself whereas the youngest sibling has been working in the business so far and does have the much needed experience.
